Children aged 2 to 12, depending on the airline, can have a discount of up to 50% on the ticket price, take a seat on the plane and pay the corresponding fees.

How can I choose a seat on a plane?

The choice of the seat depends on the policy of the particular airline. While some seats can be booked for free, some airlines do not have the option to select seats.

It is not necessary to print the electronic ticket, considering that the airline receives all the details about your flight immediately after the air ticket is issued.
However, the flight check-in coupon needs to be printed depending on the airline’s policy and the airport’s technical capacity.

Is it obligatory to register via the Internet (registration for a flight via the Internet)?

When booking the ticket, I mistakenly changed the name and surname of the passenger. Who should I contact for help?

In air traffic, the order of names and surnames in the ticket is defined.

In that case, the passenger may be “invisible” in the check-in system, so the airline may even refuse to accept the passenger on the flight. How do I refund a plane ticket if there is no trip?

In case the passenger cancels the trip, the rules of the airline where the ticket was purchased apply, as well as in case the airline cancels the flight.

Can I take advantage if I don't show up at the airport on departure?

Passengers who miss the departure lose the right to use the return. However, some low-cost companies, such as Wizz air, give passengers the opportunity to take a return flight even when they do not show up on departure. Such an option is subject to additional payment.

If I am prevented from traveling, can I transfer my ticket to another person?

An airline ticket is considered a travel document. It is linked by a number or code to the person whose name it is, so it cannot be transferred to another person.

Airlines are very restrictive on this issue, so they do not allow even a change of a single letter in the ticket.

What happens to the ticket if I don't get a visa?

Any possible refund of the air ticket is subject to the rules of the airline where the passenger purchased the ticket.

In most cases, the airlines return the money with a refusal issued by the embassy.

How long do I have to be at the airport before the flight?

Passengers must be at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight.

At most airlines, the check-in counter closes 1 hour before the flight.

Can I take my pet on a flight?

In air traffic, the transport of pets is allowed in compliance with certain rules.

Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, etc., whose total weight with the cage does not exceed 8 kg, can be transported in the cabin together with the owner.

While pets whose total weight with the cage exceeds 8 kg are driven in a special part of the trunk of the plane.

Airlines charge a fee for transporting pets at the airport and the price depends on the weight of the pet. It is common practice to charge per kilogram of weight for a pet with a cage.

If I purchase a ticket through your platform, will I be notified of the cancellation or change of flight?

We receive all information about possible cancellations or changes related to the flight from the airlines. As soon as such information arrives, we immediately notify passengers about the changes as well as about the options offered.

Can pregnant women in later months of pregnancy travel by plane?

According to the rules in air traffic, pregnant women up to 28 weeks of pregnancy can travel freely, without a medical certificate.

After that deadline, the passenger is required to have a certified certificate from a doctor that he can travel by plane, which must not be older than seven days.

What is the procedure in case of lost luggage?

The airline is responsible for the passengers’ luggage.

The passenger is to report that the luggage was lost to the Lost & Found department at the airport where the passenger landed.

Montenegro Tourist Service is not responsible for loss of or damage to luggage.

 

How long does it take for my passport to be valid so that I can travel?

It is recommended that the passport is valid for at least 6 (six) months after the return flight.
