Sojourn tax and insurance are not included, per person per day approx. 1 EUR, children up to 12 years free, children from 14-17.9 years about 0.50 EUR, insurance 0.10 € per person / day.
Cancellation policy: Season A-D:
In case of cancellation of your stay, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
Up to 7 days before arrival: free; 6 to 4 days before arrival:
45% of the total amount of the reserved stay;
3 days to 1 day before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the booked stay;
On the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay.
Season E:
In case of cancellation of your stay, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
Up to 14 days before arrival: free; 13 to 7 days before arrival: 45% of the total amount of the booked stay;
6 days to 1 day before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the booked stay;
On the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay.
In case of no-show, unused rooms or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.
In case of early departure or late arrival, a refund of the arrangement is not possible.
Parking: 10 EUR per day per car
POLICY FOR CHILDREN:
0 – 5.9 years – in Superior room and apartments – free of charge
6 – 11.9 years – supplement is: 9.50 EUR per person
12 years and more – 19.00 EUR per person
Baby cot – 5 EUR per day
