2,387,714 euros were paid to the account of the Municipality of Tivat by the Company Adriatic Marinas – Porto Montenegro, in the name of the fee for communal equipment of the construction land for the new business-residential complex Boka Place, which is being built in Porto Montenegro.
According to Vijesti, on this occasion, the leaders of the Municipality held a press conference, where they presented details about the new way of cooperation between the city and a large foreign investor, who in 2012 paid the last fee for utilities in Tivat.
In the previous days, the mayor of Tivat, Zeljko Komnenovic, intensively negotiated with Sheikh Mohamed Al Shaybani – the owner of Porto Montenegro and the president of the ICD corporation from Dubai, with pleasure emphasizing that the agreement was reached 100 million euros.
